A Sunday Drive

A trip through scenic Tennessee.

ABOVE: A short trip, but a wonderful journey!

Earlier this month Vinmotive took a quick journey through one of Tennessee’s many scenic regions. The area around the DeKalb and Warren county borders is one of the region’s most scenic. Just a short drive southeast of Nashville, our respite included curving country roads with cool shady spots at the bottom of hollows and breathtaking views of the Cumberland Plateau. Light traffic and friendly fellow travelers were the order of the day. A large variety of food types could be easily had all along the trip.

It was a wonderful single-day outing that allowed the rural Tennessee landscape to be appreciated fully. Look for more single-day outing reviews in the future.
