For the 107th time drivers, mechanics, and engineers will enter the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and, in an effort to be the best driver, with the best-maintained car, combined with the best racing strategy, walk back out of the speedway as legends. While it is true that IndyCar races a multiple-race schedule every year, none of those races compare to the prestigious Indy 500.

For 500 miles, 33 drivers will balance on the razor edge between speed and chaos. Once it’s all over another name will be etched onto the Borg-Warner trophy. The month of May has been a wildly exciting time for American motorsports. NASCAR returned to North Wilkesboro Speedway, while IndyCar has been preparing for what might be one of the fastest 500s ever run. If you are a lover of motorsports, be sure to tune into the race Sunday, May 28th at 11:00 AM Eastern. This one is building up to truly be, “the greatest spectacle in racing”.
